The manufacturing of our fruit purees uses the raw materials that are not considered standard “for the table”, that is, fruits that would be wasted or discarded despite being good for consumption.
After the arrival of the fruits coming directly from suppliers and producers, the production of the fruit puree is started. Before speaking about the process phases, it is important to emphasize that we track all our suppliers and partner producers, assuring that everything goes well and inside our planning from planting to raw material.
The fruits selected for production of the puree go through a cleaning procedure. This step eliminates all the dirt of the fruit by brushes and water jets.
After the brushing and cleaning process, the fruits selected for production of the puree go through a belt where they go through a manual second process. It is in this phase that it is checked if there is any residue that must be eliminated before the next phase, assuring a perfect sanitation and fruit cleaning.
After the last phase of checking, the fruit goes through a completely automatized procedure of the skin, seeds, and other lumps removal that may change the flavor of the product.
To supply a high-quality product as raw material of the fruit puree, they go through a pasteurization in this phase of the process, that is pre-configured according to each product so that there is no loss of flavor and quality of the final product.
After the pasteurization process, the product is processed and packed with an automatized system that assures the quality of the final product.
